Hi Gang -

Our first meeting is just under 2 weeks away. As of now we have 11 "YES" responses and 5 "MAYBE" responses. The capacity for this meeting is 16 people. And due to the "MAYBE" responses it lists our meeting as full. If anyone has decided either way if you can or can't make the meeting, it would be great if you could change your response so that others could attend. Also, if you originally replied "YES" and now something has come up, please change your response too.

I am very much looking forward to this meeting. I can't wait to meet all of you!
