As I mentioned at the group meeting, I am completing my practicum for the Emotional Freedom Technique (or tapping). I need volunteers!.
Do you have fears of speaking? heights? water? driving?
Do you overeat? or eat eat when you are anxious?
Do you have those negative inner voices?

I know ALL of you probably suffer from one of these. So email me if you are ready to let it go and would like to try EFT. ( I need individuals for my certification, but will presenty to the group later)
