Introduction

A new friend of mine told me about it. I know nothing of what you are or what you do, but I trust this friend and I now trust you. Why did I join? I want to become a better me, any means possable.

Who are some of the authors/techniques that have been the most helpful for you?

I only know of one author/technique. Gary Craigs' EFT. Teach me more, I want to learn!!!
