Set Your Goals for 2008 - and BEYOND!

You will be guided through written and interactive exercises, group discussions and meditation/Kundalini Yoga, resulting in your achievable goals for 2008 - AND BEYOND! Let go of blockages from the past. Open up to your LIMITLESS future!

Kundalini Yoga emphasizes breath and meditation - *not* difficult postures. It is a powerful tool for expanding your consciousness. The yoga set will be suitable for *all* ages, body types and levels of experience. Chairs are available throughout class. Wear clothing to move in, and be ready to remove your shoes.

Dates: Thursdays - July 10, 17, 24, 31 (you do NOT have to attend all classes)

Time: 7-9PM

Location: The Tree of Life Center, 26 N. Oak Ave., Unit 2, Pasadena, CA 91107

(AMPLE parking in the lot off of N. Oak Ave. Enter through through the entrance in the REAR of the building.)

Price: $70/4 classes if paid by July 9th. ($20/individual class)
