* Section I: Resurfacing (2 days) 9am-6pm
During the 2-day ReSurfacing workshop you complete a personality profile (you keep it, it?s for your own discovery?) that will give you insight into the foundation of your own life.
Then you will be given a taste of the Avatar exercises and insight into the underlying theory. Reading will alternate with doing exercises and sharing experiences with the other participants. Read more
