Believe in Gratitude: It's B.I.G. is a group for all who are interested in enjoying life with gratitude as a core value. We believe that our lives are enhanced and our goals are achieved when we begin in a place of gratitude. We also believe that, just as the Law of Attraction states, we attract more good into our lives through gratitude.

B.I.G. is designed as a 3 part system so everyone can participate on the level they are comfortable with. The B.I.G. Workshop is full of the "meat." Here's where you find the science of gratitude & journaling, their benefits, tools, techniques, goal setting, and journaling tools using the B.I.G. Journal. B.I.G. is a 3-4 hour workshop held in as many locations as we can get to!

The B.I.G. Journal is a 90 Day System featuring nuggets of the teachings from B.I.G., monthly goal setting, monthly calendar, 90 Days worth of un-dated pages (no guilt here!), and more.

B.I.G. Groups will meet each week in various locations. Ours meets Thursday evenings from 7-9 p.m. at Unity of The Palm Beaches, as we are the creators and we love our spiritual home! B.I.G. Group meetings are divided into 2 parts. The first hour is expanded teachings on gratitude with a new topic each week. The first week of each month is always "Mini-B.I.G" which is agood way to get the jist of the B.I.G. teachings or a great refresher and pick-me-up if you took B.I.G. already. The second hour is dedicated to supporting others in gratitude for the previous week and joining in affirmation for the goals of the group. We're one B.I.G. family of like-minded individuals, knowing that we are blessed as we give and receive gratitude!
