Purpose

The purpose of this workshop is to help us recognize what we truly value in our lives and learn how to realign our values with who we are, what we do, and what we create.

Description

In this workshop you will be guided through exercises and sharing to examine your values, daily routines, and expectations of yourself and others, then learn how these elements contribute to creating both consciously and unconsciously in our lives. Through interaction, we will begin creating what we really want by learning about mental equivalents and practicing the power of visioning. You will leave having released some old patterns, with an action plan to create what you truly desire.
