Attracting a Happier Holiday - this time of year brings us together with friends, family, and business associates. Often, in this type of social setting, tension from past relationship dynamics can surface. We will be learning and discussing ways in which we can deal, and improve upon, those different personality dynamics.

There will also be a short meditation on how we can use our energy and intentions to help those who are struggling and in need of our love and support.
