I want to let you know about this new series I am offering in conjunction with my Reiki Practice. It's called the Magic Mamma Series and it's devoted specifically to new mothers. The Magic Mamma Series focuses on empowering new mothers, however you have come into motherhood (labor, adoption...). The workshops are designed to help you work through your BIG questions since having a baby. The questions are different for everyone, but in this safe nurturing space you will have a chance to meet other moms, share your battle scars with pride and laughter, feed your wild dreams, and find the right answers for you.

Using meditation, short exercises, art therapy, dialogue, and friendship in a circle format, we will meet three times over the course of the fall season, supporting one another as we create the changes we wish to see in our lives.

You will learn how to:

* Balance motherhood with your personal desires
* Verbalize your needs
* Face down difficult body issues and reconnect with your body
* Deal with the Sex after Baby issue
